Dear FIU faculty and staff,

I am pleased to announce that FIU is once again participating in the Great Colleges to Work For® program! By continuing to participate, we are able to track our progress on our workplace environment and gain valuable internal and external benchmarking on how well we are doing. Thanks to our valuable survey respondents who have participated in recent years, FIU has now been recognized with honor-roll distinction six times. We should all be proud of such an accomplishment.

Tomorrow, March 4^th, the survey will be distributed to 600 randomly-selected faculty and staff. If selected, this invitation will be sent to you via email directly from Great Colleges. I hope those of you who receive the invitation will share your feedback. Although recognition is not guaranteed, I remain optimistic about the value we can derive from this program as we strive to create an amazing workplace environment.

Please note that participating in the survey is voluntary and completely confidential. Our institution will not be able to trace results back to individuals.
